Staying at Komodo Resort sets you in the heart of the Komodo National Park, enabling you to visit and experience all of its wonders in record time. We provide daily scuba diving and snorkeling trips as well as excursions to all of the Komodo National Park attractions.
The Hidden Treasures of Our Private Island
You don't need to go far to experience Komodo because our private island offers a vibrant house reef abundant with marine life, including turtles, sharks, and mantas. Just behind the resort you can take a 15-minute trek to the island's peak for breathtaking sunrise or sunset views similar to those of Padar.
Our Spa & Wellness adds to the relaxation, together with our revamped Beach Bar, all contributing to a unique Komodo experience right at your doorstep.
Trekking Padar Island
Padar Island is one of the most iconic destinations in Komodo National Park. Trek to the summit for panoramic views of three beaches in different colors — white, pink, and black sand — set against a dramatic volcanic landscape. Available as full-day or half-day trips from the resort.
Pink Beach
One of only a handful of pink sand beaches in the world, Pink Beach gets its distinctive color from microscopic organisms called Foraminifera. Combine a beach visit with snorkeling in the vibrant coral gardens just offshore. Available as full-day or half-day trips.
Komodowarane
Visiting Komodo or Rinca islands to see the Komodo dragons is part of our daily activities starting from the resort. Either done as a single stop or in combination with others such as Padar or Pink Beach, it's a must-do experience for every visitor.
These unique lizards, found only in Komodo National Park, are the world's largest, averaging 2–3 meters in length. A guided ranger walk takes you through their natural habitat.
Flying Foxes at Kalong Island
A sunset experience that brings magnificent colors and the chance to see the Flying Foxes coming out of Kalong Island. This trip can be organized standalone or in combination with a stop at Rinca Island. Available as a half-day trip.
Scuba Diving in Komodo
Komodo is a diver's paradise with dozens of world-class dive sites. By far the top of things to do in Komodo — encounter manta rays, sharks, turtles, rich coral reefs, and much more. Our diving trips run daily from Komodo Resort and planning is done on site with our experienced dive team.
Options range from 2 to 4 dives per day, with night dives available on select evenings.
Snorkeling in Komodo
Our resort provides a stunning coral reef rich with marine life that you can enjoy all day long right from the shore. For the more adventurous, we offer daily snorkeling trips in Komodo to all the popular snorkeling spots including Manta Point and Turtle City (Siaba Besar).
Komodo Liveaboard Snorkeling
There is another way to explore the wonders of Komodo snorkeling — aboard our Komodo liveaboard, Komodo Sea Dragon. Immerse yourself in the ultimate Komodo National Park adventure with our luxurious liveaboard. Itineraries are pre-set as you will be living on a luxurious yacht for the duration of the trip.
