What is the best time to dive in Bali?

No! We offer Discover Scuba Diving experiences for beginners where you can try diving with a PADI professional. If you want to become certified, our PADI Open Water Diver course takes just 3 days.

How big are your dive groups?

We maintain small group sizes for safety and quality. Typically, our groups are 4-6 divers per guide, ensuring personalized attention and a better diving experience.

Do you offer mermaid courses?

Yes! We offer SSI Mermaid courses at our dive center in Sanur. Learn to swim like a mermaid with a professional monofin in our 3.5-meter deep pool.

We visit all major dive sites in Bali including Nusa Penida (Manta Point), Tulamben (USAT Liberty Shipwreck), Padang Bai, Amed, Menjangan, and Gili Mimpang/Tepekong. In Komodo, we dive Batu Bolong, Castle Rock, Crystal Rock, and more.

Do you offer hotel pickup?

Yes, we provide complimentary hotel transfers for most dive trips. Pickup locations cover the main tourist areas in South Bali including Sanur, Kuta, Seminyak, Nusa Dua, and Ubud.

Is equipment rental included?

Yes, all necessary scuba diving equipment is included in our dive trip packages. We use top-quality brands and all equipment is frequently serviced and renewed.

Is NITROX available?

Yes, we offer NITROX (Enriched Air) for certified NITROX divers. If you're not yet certified, you can take the PADI Enriched Air Diver specialty course with us.

What should I bring for a dive trip?

You should bring your dive certification card and logbook, swimsuit and towel, sunscreen (reef-safe preferred), sunglasses and hat, a change of clothes, camera, and motion sickness medication if prone to seasickness.

Diving with Neptune Scuba Diving is very safe. All our divemasters and instructors are PADI certified and trained in Emergency First Response. We arrange compulsory diving insurance for every diver and maintain the highest equipment safety standards.

We include basic dive insurance with all our packages. For additional coverage, we recommend DAN (Divers Alert Network) or similar dive insurance providers.

Can I dive if I have a medical condition?

Some medical conditions may affect your ability to dive. You will need to complete a medical questionnaire before diving. If you answer "yes" to any questions, you'll need a doctor's clearance before participating.

How long after diving can I fly?

The general rule is to wait at least 18-24 hours after your last dive before flying. This allows nitrogen absorbed during diving to safely leave your body and prevents decompression sickness.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash (IDR, USD, EUR), credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and bank transfers. For online bookings, we accept credit card payments through our secure payment system.

What is your cancellation policy?

We offer free cancellation up to 48 hours before your scheduled activity. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. Weather-related cancellations are always fully refundable.
