Jemeluk Bay is one of the most famous dive sites in Amed because of its diversity and easy underwater conditions. Colourful coral reefs, Turtles, Devil Scorpion Fish, different types of Moray Eels and amazing macrophotography, Jemeluk has a lot to offer for different types of divers.
Situated on the right side of Jemeluk Bay, this dive site is rich in marine life where often White Tip Reef Sharks can be seen. With generally easy underwater currents the dives are suitable for beginner divers as well but when currents become strong, Amed reef can be a fun drift dive.
Amed Wall is a boat dive reachable using the local spider boats called Jukungs. The coral reef here is Amed’s best and with the right dive guide, Pygmy Seahorse can be seen here.

Most of the people believe that Tulamben is the only place for wreck dive in Bali. Actually, the Japanese Wreck is probably as good as the USS Liberty.

The Japanese wreck has a similar history as it’s companion wreck in Tulamben, sunk in WWI just after the USS Liberty. The Japanese wreck in Amed is host to diverse marine life and coral reefs are beautiful but divers mainly visit for the wreck itself.
